Sara
Sara is an entrepreneur, investor, and broadcaster. As a passionate advocate for small businesses and female entrepreneurship, Sara is committed to helping founders scale with confidence. In 2016, she was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for her services to the economy.

Founding Crafter’s Companion in 2005 and scaling it into a globally recognised craft brand, Sara has over two decades experience running her own businesses.
She has also been an investor and mentor to emerging businesses and entrepreneurs across many industries for over a decade, including as a Dragon on BBC's Dragons Den for six years.

Sara is also the best-selling author of her autobiography We Can All Make It, as well as The Six Minute Entrepreneur. Her television work includes hosting ITV’s Time is Money, presenting BBC Two’s The Big Idea Works, and leading Sara Davies’ Christmas Craft Off for ITV.

Helen
Helen is an entrepreneur and business leader with a passion for helping businesses grow sustainably.
After graduating, she joined a major automotive company, gaining valuable commercial and business experience as well as her MCIPS degree qualification (Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply).
She later returned home to take over the reins of her family decorators merchant and transforming it into a leading eCommerce destination for decorating. Under Helen's leadership the business has grown sixteen-fold, delivering profitable organic growth every year for a decade.
